Hanging at home

Mama and Curt are on vacation this week. I miss them. But when they go away Ruff Ruff Pet Care comes over to take care of me. I really like Bettina and Joey. They pet me, give me treats and brush me. 

One of the things I really miss from Curt right now is Shoe Time. In the mornings when Curt is getting ready to leave for work he sits down to put his shoes on. That is my cue to run over and get a pet or two. It's our little tradition. Sometimes I miss out on Shoe Time because I am not paying attention and apparently you snooze you lose. :)

I hope Mama and Curt are having a good time. From Mama's blog it seems like they are.

Happy New Year!!!

Hi everyone! One of my New Year's Resolutions is to blog more. We'll see how it goes.
Mama and Curt were in West Chester for a few days. Ruff Ruff took care of me for a few days. They are always great. I love Bettina and Joey (hey, nice name!).
They visited me every day, fed me, brushed me, gave me treats and lots of love.
And I am still, of course, an A+ kitty. See my report card below:

Merry Christmas everybody!!!

Sorry that I have been such a slacker with the blogging. I have no good excuses, especially since I am home ALL the time.
I am having a great Christmas so far.
Yesterday Curt worked from home and Mama got home from work early. We had our Christmas feast and then opened presents. I got some fun new catnip toys. But I have to say the ribbon from the gifts is the best.

My love for the carrot

I love my carrot. This is the second carrot Mama have given me. And I can now show you and share with you my love since we have the Internet back at home.
I was wondering if I was gonna have to sneak out of the house and head to a coffee shop to blog. But luckily I can stay in the safety of my nice, warm, cozy home.
I mean, sometimes I get locked in the laundry room. And it is cold in there! I like to explore and sometimes Mama forgets to check if I have snuck in there.

An ounce

So Mama took me to the vet this morning for a nail trim. I absolutely hate having my feet touched. I make it impossible for Mama to cut my nails. So instead she and Curt have to trick me and shove me into the little carrier. Mama usually takes me to Petsmart.
But I heard her tell Curt that the vet is closer and more convenient. And the whole ordeal is easier and less stressful on all of us even if the vet does charge more than Petsmart. We also know we are dealing with a little bit more of professionals.
Mama asked them to weigh me since I have been on a lower calorie food lately. I lost a whole ounce. I mean, better than gaining right.
Do you think they have Weight Watchers for cats?

Weekend guests

So Curt was out of town last week and it was just me and Mama. Ahhh. Lovely.
Then Saturday night Stefan and Sandra showed up. Yippee! More people to love me and pet me. Late Saturday night Stefan, Sandra and Mama left. When they came back they had Curt with them. So we had major family time plus.
Stefan and Sandra left yesterday and life is back to normal.
